Shipping Policy
Please allow:
– 2-4 weeks for custom print orders to be processed and shipped.
– 7-10 business days for other products to be processed and shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email, containing a tracking number, once your order has been treated.
To protect our customers, we are unable to change the shipping address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates are non-refundable. All orders ship from Montreal, Canada.
Canadian Shipping & Costs
Applicable provincial and federal taxes will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.
International Shipping & Costs
All international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country’s local customs authority. For further information on this subject, please consult your local customs office.
Paulovivanco.shop is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival, and will not reimburse the paid order.
Failed Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address and/or phone number, or if you are absent upon all delivery attempts, it will be returned to us at your expense.
For international customers: if you refuse receipt of your package, it will be returned to us at your expense (including shipping costs plus any duty and tax the package may have incurred).
Damaged or Opened Box
If you received a damaged or opened parcel, please take a photo of the box as is before checking the contents inside and submit a claim via the courier service used to ship your order. Please also contact us at inquiries@paulovivanco.com so we can help you throughout the procedure.
Lost Packages
Paulovivanco.shop is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages that have been signed for. Customers will absorb the costs of stolen/lost parcels.
Payment Information
All prices are subject to change without notice. Accepted payments are Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fee.
All information shared with us when placing an order is confidential.
